for the amount indicated on the parking notice to:

Do not send cash.
Please send the notice (or collection letter) with your payment, and write
the notice number, the parking operator and the city in which you received
the notice on your check.
B. To Dispute a Parking Notice:
PRR has the authority to review and resolve all requests and disputes concerning
your parking notice. All requests and disputes must be submitted in writing. Please
describe why you are disputing the parking notice and provide any pictures, proof of
payment, parking pass or additional documentation that supports your request.
